Project Description
This project focuses on the design, synthesis, and comprehensive optical characterization of high-quality perovskite thin films. The work combines materials science, nanofabrication, and advanced spectroscopy techniques to develop next-generation optoelectronic materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Vapor deposition and solution-processing of perovskite films
- Structural characterization (XRD, SEM, AFM)
- Optical spectroscopy and photoluminescence studies
- Device integration and testing
- Data analysis and scientific publication
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related field
- Experience with thin film deposition techniques
- Knowledge of optical and structural characterization methods
- Good laboratory skills and attention to detail
